Mark R. Knuckles

Mr. Knuckles is a founding member and managing partner of the firm and is admitted to practice since January 1993. In addition, he is admitted to all four federal and bankruptcy district courts in New York state. He represents institutional lenders in all aspects of foreclosure litigation including rent receiverships, deficiency judgments, surplus money proceedings, evictions, REO closings and title, fraud, and lender liability claims in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts throughout New York.

Mr. Knuckles graduated from the University of Bridgeport School of Law after receiving a bachelor’s degree from Niagara University. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, REOMAC, and the Mortgage Bankers Association.
