Peter E. Elliott

Mr. Elliott is admitted to practice since January 1988 and manages the firm’s upstate office and real estate closing department. He represents lenders in originations and REO transactions and represents buyers and sellers in commercial real estate transactions. In addition, he handles matters regarding land use and development.
