Richard F. Komosinski

Mr. Komosinski is a founding partner of the firm and is admitted to practice since April 1996. He represents institutional lenders in all aspects of residential foreclosures including litigation, rent receiverships, deed in lieu of foreclosure transactions, deficiency judgments, REO closings, as well as prosecution and enforcement of money judgments and residential real estate transactions.

Mr. Komosinski graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law after receiving a bachelor’s degree from Fordham University. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Westchester County Bar Association, and the Mortgage Bankers Association
